LifeOps is built on one principle: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

๐Ÿ”’

Data Storage

Everything you enter โ€” documents, obligations, and subscriptions โ€” is encrypted and stored locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption. Nothing is sent to any server or cloud service.

๐Ÿ‘ค

Biometrics

Face ID and Touch ID are handled entirely by iOS. LifeOps never accesses, processes, or stores your biometric data.

๐Ÿค–

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Your queries and data never leave your device. On devices without Apple Intelligence, the app uses a built-in offline engine. The AI makes zero network calls.

๐Ÿ’พ

Backup and Restore

Backup exports an encrypted .lox file to your local Files app using AES-256-GCM encryption with Argon2id key derivation. The file is protected by your master password and never uploaded anywhere. Restore reads the file directly from your device.

๐ŸŒ

Network

LifeOps makes one anonymous network request at launch to check for emergency feature flags (https://flags.lifeops.app/v1/kill). No user data, device identifiers, or personal information is included in this request. The app functions normally if this endpoint is unreachable.

๐Ÿ“Š

Analytics

LifeOps contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We have no idea how you use the app โ€” by design.
